Custom Software & SaaS
Multi-tenant platforms, agency management systems, accounting and CRM infrastructure. Framework-free PHP MVC or Laravel.
Mübin Özdemir is a senior software engineer (MSc) based in Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye; since 2000 he has delivered more than 1000 websites, custom software and SaaS projects, and is the founder of the agency Alanya Bilişim Hizmetleri and the BTK-licensed hosting provider İyi Buldum.
I started writing software in 2000. Since then I have delivered over a thousand projects, from corporate websites to multi-tenant SaaS platforms, e-commerce systems and full agency management suites.
Academically I hold three bachelor's degrees and a master's, with doctoral work in progress. In Alanya and across Turkey's Mediterranean region, combining that level of academic grounding with 25 years of hands-on delivery is a rare profile.
I founded and own Alanya Bilişim Hizmetleri. The agency does not outsource its engineering — I write it.
Not one language — the whole stack. From analysis to the server.
Multi-tenant platforms, agency management systems, accounting and CRM infrastructure. Framework-free PHP MVC or Laravel.
Corporate sites, WordPress, hand-coded multilingual systems, payment and shipping integrations.
WHM/cPanel administration, infrastructure hosting 400+ domains, security hardening, performance tuning.
Multilingual SEO architecture, AI-assisted content pipelines, Search Console and indexing automation.
Meta Graph API, Google Ads, payment providers, SMS gateways, WordPress REST and custom API bridges.
Business-specific mobile applications, booking and ordering systems.
Five steps. The output of each is the input of the next; none is skipped.
Requirements, data flows and constraints are written down. What will be built is clear before the first line of code.
Data model, directory structure and security layer are designed; multi-tenancy is planned from day one when needed.
Framework-free PHP 8 MVC or Laravel; lean, modular code that is easy to change later.
Deployment on WHM/cPanel infrastructure I manage myself, hardened with ModSecurity and Imunify360.
Post-launch monitoring, performance measurement, SEO and GEO follow-up; the system grows with the business.
The tools I use every day.
A number of agencies in the region take on software work and have me build it, then deliver it under their own brand. That is a normal arrangement in this industry — and the engineering responsibility for those projects is mine.
Instead of paying the margin in between, you can come straight to the source. Same engineer, no middleman, direct communication.

Yes. I already build most of the work that arrives through agencies. Coming directly removes the margin in between and puts you in touch with the engineer.
Corporate websites, e-commerce, custom software, SaaS platforms, server administration and SEO automation — from a small brochure site to a multi-tenant platform.
Yes. For inherited projects I start with a code audit and report the real state and cost clearly before any work begins.
Yes. I run projects in Turkish, English, Russian and German, and work remotely with clients in Amsterdam and Germany.
At an agency you do not know who is doing the work. Here you speak to the person doing it: the same engineer analyses, builds, deploys and maintains it.
Write down your idea and I will get back to you within hours.
